Konto löschen

So löschst du dein Konto bei Duocuna, der App von Selftronix für die gemeinsame Suche nach einem Babynamen. Du brauchst dafür kein Formular – wähle einen der drei Wege.

Drei Wege

    Öffne in Duocuna den Reiter „Profil“ und tippe unten auf „Konto löschen“. Bestätige im Dialog.

  • Per E-Mail

    Schreib von der Adresse deines Kontos an kontakt@duocuna.com, zum Beispiel mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“. Kommt die Mail von einer anderen Adresse, bitten wir dich, die Löschung von der Adresse des Kontos zu bestätigen. Wir löschen dein Konto innerhalb eines Monats, meist viel früher, und bestätigen es dir per E-Mail.

    Hast du dich mit Apple angemeldet, beendest du die Anmeldung bei Apple auf diesem Weg selbst: in den Einstellungen deines Apple-Accounts – auf einem Apple-Gerät oder unter account.apple.com – unter „Mit Apple anmelden“.

Was gelöscht wird

Sofort gelöscht werden dein Konto mit E-Mail-Adresse, Name und Anmeldedaten, deine Bewertungen, Rangfolgen und Freigaben, deine Mitgliedschaft in einer Gruppe, deine Benachrichtigungen und die Push-Tokens deiner Geräte. Namensfindungen und Archive, die nur du siehst, werden ganz gelöscht.

Was bleibt und wie lange

  • Bei deinem Partner: Eine laufende gemeinsame Namensfindung wird für ihn archiviert. Dein Anzeigename bleibt in der Teilnehmerliste, als gelöscht markiert, ebenso die gemeinsamen Matches – so lange, wie jemand Zugriff auf das Archiv hat.
  • Daten einer laufenden Anmeldung: bis der Anmeldedienst sie aufräumt, frühestens nach einem Tag.
  • Protokolle und Sicherungen: bis zu 14 Tage.
  • Beim Push-Dienst Expo: Rückmeldungen über die Zustellung bis zu 24 Stunden.
  • Deine Löschanfrage per E-Mail: bis zu drei Jahre, als Nachweis.

Delete account

This is how you delete your account with Duocuna, the app by Selftronix for finding a baby name together. You do not need a form – choose one of the three ways.

Three ways

    In Duocuna, open the “Profile” tab and tap “Delete account” at the bottom. Confirm in the dialog.

  • By email

    Write from your account’s address to kontakt@duocuna.com, for example with the subject “Delete account”. If the email comes from another address, we ask you to confirm the deletion from the account’s address. We delete your account within one month, usually much sooner, and confirm it to you by email.

    If you signed in with Apple, on this way you end the Apple sign-in yourself: in your Apple Account settings – on an Apple device or at account.apple.com – under “Sign in with Apple”.

What is deleted

Deleted immediately are your account with email address, name and sign-in data, your ratings, rankings and sharing settings, your group membership, your notifications and the push tokens of your devices. Name searches and archives that only you can see are deleted entirely.

What remains and for how long

  • With your partner: A running shared name search is archived for them. Your display name stays in the participant list, marked as deleted, as do the shared matches – for as long as someone has access to the archive.
  • Data of a sign-in in progress: until the sign-in service clears them, at the earliest after one day.
  • Logs and backups: up to 14 days.
  • At the push service Expo: delivery receipts for up to 24 hours.
  • Your deletion request by email: up to three years, as evidence.
